The Scenary.......

OF Mice and Men
It started of in a place in Carlifornia in the year 1930. Its a farm where Lennie and I work. It was my dream to be working in that kind of place. The farm is south of Solidad, the Salinas River drops in close to the hillside bank and runs deep and green. The water is warm too and has yellow sands in the sunlight before reaching in the narrow pool. Also on the side of the river the golden foothill slopes cueve up to the strong and rocky Gabilan mountains but on the valley side if the water is lined with trees. Rabbits came out of the brush to sit on the sand in the evening and the dump flats are covered with the track of coons. It was really pleasent that we found that kind of place.

wow I liked the beginning! the description of the setting was really clear, and I could picture it in my head. You portrayed George's point of view really well.

We can tell from the way you describe it it's very peaceful. I like the way that George is talking here, different from the book but still giving the same feelings. Good job!
